Install instructions
First, go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
Make a new folder, name it "laatsw", and drag dlc.rpf into the folder.
Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
Edit dlclist.xml, add "dlcpacks:/laatsw/"

Place laatsw.cs into your script folder, if you do not have a script folder make a folder called scripts and place it in your main gtav folder and put the laatsw.cs inside the script folder.
