To install: Place the "koen" folder into: gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks Then, edit the dlclist.xml file located at: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data Add the following line: dlcpacks:/koen/ Save and exit the file. Spawn the car using the name "koen" in-game.
