Install Instructions:

• Go to gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and copy the track folder to the dlcpacks folder.
• Use OPENIV and turn on edit mode.
• Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
• Right click on dlclist.xml then left click on edit.
• Add the line dlcpacks:/track/ to the dlclist and save then exit.
