Improving Audio and Control in Aziz Kuchkarov's Schnell Progen

The base Schnell Progen had some unusual handling, so I made a few adjustments to make it feel more responsive with less understeer.

I also improved the sound, as it didn't accurately represent the real-life car it's based on.

The handling (and sound) isn't perfect as I created it for my own use. Feel free to make further improvements.

I may address the unusual handling of Ydrop's Obey DD-Blitz at some point.
