Implementing Four-Wheel Steering: Package Guide

This mod has been tested, updated, and is fully functional on GTA V Patch 1.42.

1. Open the OpenIV software.
2. Open the "Package installer" feature (button right below "Tools").
3. Locate "Mod.oiv" and click install.
