I converted it because it had .z3d save file in the rar file.So it is free for converting :)

Installation (Replace):

x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday1ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

Tuning Files:

x64i/levels/gta5/vehiclemods/Gresley_mods.rpf update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday1ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/patchday1ng/vehiclemods/gresley_mods.rpf

Installation (Add-On):

1. go to update/x64/dlcpacks and make a folder named santafe and put the dlc.rpf inside it.
2. go to update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml and write on the end of the line before : dlcpacks:\santafe\
3. go to directory I said in the 2- level but this time instead of dlclist.xml, open file that named extratitleupdatedata.meta and write in the end of line before :     dlc_santafe:/     update:/dlc_patch/santafe/

you can spawn it in game with name santafe :))
