Hongqi E-Class SR Edition with Flags and Accessories

Installation Instructions:

(1) Copy the "hongqi" folder into the following directory:

\update\x64\dlcpacks

(2) Open OpenIV, enable Edit mode, and go to the following directory:

\update\update.rpf\common\data

(3) Right-click on dlclist.xml, select Edit, and add the following code:

dlcpacks:\hongqi\ 

(4) Save and you're done! Use a trainer to input "hongqi" to spawn the vehicle.
