High Aerobatics Squadron's EXTRA-300L

This is a new Chilean aircraft for GTA V, specifically the EXTRA-300L from the Chilean Air Force's aerobatic squadron.

Installation instructions can be found in the readme file.

Note: Due to limitations with the Stunt return model, only one side of the fuselage is present. This results in the rosettes being mirrored on the other side. Attempts were made to fix this issue, but they were unsuccessful. It's a minor cosmetic problem. If anyone can find a solution and share the updated model, it would be greatly appreciated and credited.
