Heavy Insurgent Unit - Map Addon

DESCRIPTION This mod adds the military and police versions of the Insurgent which are mapped with their own template. This is a remade version of Yard1's mapped Insurgent, but it had a few issues like duplicated LODs and file size, so I decided to remap it from scratch. The military Insurgent has the camouflage pattern like the vanilla military vehicles from Fort Zancudo. While, the police Insurgent has a similar livery like the vanilla Police Riot, except with a few changes made to it.
