Easy method: Open OpenIV go to /mods/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf and replace vehicles.awc

Advanced Method: Open OpenIV go to /mods/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf right click on vehicles.awc click "export to openformats" put my wav files in "vehicles" folder and put vehicles.oac and vehicles folder in RESIDENT.rpf
