Installation:
Place the schafter3.awc and the schafter3npc.awc files in:
/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpapartment/dlc.rpf/x64/audio/sfx/dlc-apartment
And place the vehicle.meat file in:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/G632019/dlc.rpf/data

IMPORTANT:
- This mod only modifies the sound, it does not include a car model.
- The car model is by Topcar-Design.
