French Plate - Grand Est Region

Small creation: "GRAND EST" license plates.

Being French, I share with you license plates from the North East of France.

PS : The numbers in the middle/bottom of the plate are not real phone numbers, it's purely random to make a more professional effect.

With the new DLC, the plate modification path has changed.

If you wish to have a personalized plate, I can try to make it.
