How to install for SP?

Go to your gta5 directory then open x64e.rpf - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf -. Rename to whichever of the police cars and drag over to replace the default GTA Police car.

This is one of my older models so the quality is not anywhere near as good as the newer free releases and paid models from me.
