For true Chicanos, the Sombrero is a true work of art produced in only 500 pieces by Western. 1. Place the "sombrero" folder in GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. 2. Add the line "dlcpacks:/sombrero/" to "dlclist.xml" located in "GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data". 3. Spawn: sombrero Support is available on LaPanne Workshop.
