FiveM LCC T-Rod Modification

"More expensive and undriveable than all other choppers, the T-Rod is the ultimate chopper. 3 meters long, one meter wide, that's 450 kilograms of american pride.

1. Put "lpchopper2" folder in GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2. Add line "dlcpacks:/lpchopper2" to "dlclist.xml" in "GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data"
3. Spawn: lpchopper2
