Festive Hanging Decoration

To install as a replacement, open the following file path: x64e -> levels -> gta5 -> vehicle.rpf

For ADD ON:
1.Go to: GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
2.Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:/CHRISTMASMOBILE/
3.Go to: GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and make a folder called CHRISTMASMOBILE. Add the included dlc.rpf file.
SPAWN: CHRISTMASMOBILE

This vehicle is a panto with no roof being taken by llamas.
