**Installation:** Using OpenIV, drop the "sf71h" folder into: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks. Then, add this line `"dlcpacks:\sf71h\"` to dlclist, located in: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data".
