Installation:
- Using OpenIV, place the folder "sf23" in: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Add the following line "dlcpacks:\sf23\" to the dlclist file located in: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
