Introducing the Grapeseed Police Department Scout II S & Imperial non EV pack!

Changelog:

Installation Instructions:

1. Launch OpenIV and enable edit mode.
2. Open the "GSPDmini-pack 1.0" folder, then copy the "gspdmini" folder to the following path: "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks".
3. Navigate to: "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" and add " dlcpacks:/gspdmini/" at the bottom of "dlclist.xml", but above " ".
4. Save and exit.
5. Spawn names: "gspdnscout" & "gspdimperial" (without quotes).
