Version 4.0 (Feb 7th 2018) -Fixed collision IDs, removing snow effects

Version 3.0 (Feb 6th 2018) -Fixed issue with a paint1 material being assigned to a paint3 shader causing liveries to not function

Version 2.0 (Feb 5th 2018) -Added missing FLAG_HAS_LIVERY to vehicles.meta portion of ReadMe.txt to allow for multi-livery spawning (Paste in the new vehicles.meta lines)
