To change the name of the wheel (e.g., "wheel ENKEI TM7") to something else (like "wheel hiend 01"), simply modify the file name accordingly.
Place the wheel files in this directory: Grand Theft Auto V - update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday22 - dlc - x64 - levels - patchday22ng - vehiclemods - wheels-mods To use the add-on wheels pack, add the wheel to the DLC and then input the wheel's name in the carcols.meta file.
