Enhanced Wheels for Streets & Circuits: Add-Ons, Level of Detail Improvements, and Bug Resolutions

This modification seeks to subtly enhance, correct bugs, and significantly broaden the existing Street and Track wheel categories within the game. It introduces chrome variations for all wheels and provides the choice to remove the "Stance Andreas" text displayed on certain wheels.
