Enhanced Vehicle Physics Mod for GTA IV

This Handling is designed for the IVPack - GTA IV vehicles in GTA V [FINAL] mod. I was inspired to help _CP_, Vanillaworks Team, and other modders. I hope they like this Handling I made for it and maybe they will include it in their modpack. However, I am not sure yet; we'll see what happens. My intention is not to steal their mod pack but rather to make the Handling available so everyone knows about it.
