You'll be able to maneuver easily without exceeding 100 km/h. The maximum speed is set to 100 km/h for a reason. My experience with GTA V handling edits has shown that exceeding 120-130 km/h in first person detracts from the true driving feel. Driving too fast hinders your connection with the car. Remember, this mod is tailored for those who seek a realistic urban driving experience. It's not intended for high-speed escapades or off-road adventures.
