Enhanced Stanier Police Cruiser for SAHP (Standalone Mod)

This mod features a new SAHP Vapid Stanier, modeled after the late-2000s CVPIs used by the CHP. It's a heavily edited version of 11john11's retro SAHP Stanier, modernized to reflect units still in service for volunteer groups and remote areas.

V2.0 introduces new props and textures, adds a middle brake light, and fixes the light pattern based on user feedback.
