Enhanced Police Scout Vehicle: Add-On with Custom Audio

"There was a time criminals in LS didn't have to worry about unmarked police cruisers, they used to all be Vapid Staniers which made it obvious it was a cop. Nowadays, the LSPD was smart and picked the best selling SUV, now every criminal needs a change of pants every time this bad boy appears."
The time has come! One of the most requested lore police vehicles is finally here in a public release. This Vapid Scout is inspired by the real unmarked Explorers used by the LAPD,mimicking the light patterns, equipment and color schemes used by the real deal.
Install:
Go to: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Drag and drop the umkscout folder.
Go to:Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Open dlclist.xml
Add the following line between " " with no quotes
"dlcpacks:/umkscout/"
