Enhanced Performance and Acoustics: 1979 Hoonigan Upgrade

Important: This mod requires Neophyte Industries' 1979 Hoonigan Baldwin Motorsports "Loki" K5 Blazer. I found the original handling a bit too heavy, making the car difficult to drive at times. With this handling modification, I aimed to improve maneuverability without making drastic changes. This is my first publicly available handling mod, and I hope it proves useful! To install: * For safety, back up the original files. Go to "\update\x64\dlcpacks\k5\dlc.rpf\data" and replace 'handling.meta'.
