Enhanced Festival Transportation

I've enhanced the look of the festival bus to make it more dynamic. This first upload allows you to drive the bus around like a normal vehicle, with all elements moving accordingly. You can load it using Menyoo or any other xml vehicle loader.

There are currently no known bugs.

Installation Instructions:

1. Download the Zip File
2. Extract the Xml file and move it to 'menyoostuff/Vehicle' in your game directory
3. Launch the game with Menyoo and enjoy!
