Installation guide (OpenIV):
Drop the 2015MUSTSOUND FOLDER into Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
Add the following line to dlclist.xml:
dlcpacks:/2015mustsound/
Change the audionamehash (vehicle.meta) to 2015mustsound.
