Enhanced Cheval Picador Design

Hello,

Here is the updated Cheval Picador design featuring new wheels and a fixed stance. It now resembles a typical car.

In version 1.2, I have successfully addressed the issue of unbreakable windows.

Installation Instructions

• Replace the picador files from the .zip folder with those located at: update/x64/dlcpaks/patchday27ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
• Navigate to update/update.rpf/common/data and replace the corresponding line in handling.xml.
• Go to update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 and replace the corresponding line in vehicles.meta.
