Change the Audio hash of the GT12 to the Specter!!! (A video tutorial on how to do this will be uploaded!)

This mod is currently in BETA and not fully complete. Only the startup and idle sounds have been changed, and they sound exactly like the real-life Vantage GT12!
Efforts will be made to change the actual car sound, aiming for a realistic representation, but expectations are not high.
