Enhanced 4-Cylinder Turbo Whistle & Exhaust Pop Tune

This mod enhances the sound of your 4-cylinder turbocharged engine with a realistic whistle and exhaust pop.

1. Extract the "issi4" folder and "issi4.oac" file to your desktop. Ensure they are in the same location.
2. Open OpenIV and ensure you're in edit mode.
3. Add "mpchristmas2018" to your mod folder. You can find it here: (update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas2018/dlc.rpf) and click "show in mods folder". Also, add this line to your mod dlclist: dlcpacks:/mpchristmas2018/
4. Once you've completed the above steps, navigate to (Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas2018/dlc.rpf/x64/audio/sfx/dlc_awxm2018).
5. Drag "issi4.oac" from your desktop into this folder and then run the game.

Please let me know your thoughts on the mod and if there are any improvements you'd like to see. Currently, it doesn't have a wastegate sound, so you may need to activate the in-game turbo for that effect until I create a custom one. The mod uses the "issi4" car sound but I can add the spool sound to other GTA vehicles as well. Let me know which vehicles you would like me to consider!
