Installation

1. Place the config els file (vlhr1.xml) in Grand Theft Auto 5\ELS\pack_default.
2. Place the vlhr1 folder in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
3. Edit the dlclist.xml file located in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and add the following line at the end: dlcpacks:\vlhr1\ . Save the changes.
