[ELS] Unmarked SAHP/CHP Motorcycle

This model was created by Rockstar Games, UV mapped by @cp702 [LSPDFR], and converted to ELS by myself. Thank you @Yan the Yam [LSPDFR] for finding a fix to the disappearing bike issue!

HELP WANTED: At this point I do not have the environmental lighting set up through the ELS vcf file as I still don't fully understand it. If someone is willing to create one for me I would be more than happy to give you credit.
