Electro-Motive Diesel SD9 Locomotive

This allows you to add the EMD GP9 Torpedo Tube engine. It can be used for freight replacement or for overhauled trains. Features full running light, head and tail lights, COLs, LODs, and livery support. Install instructions are in the READ ME. Add the name "emdsd9tt" to railroad engineer mod to drive this train.

To enable liveries on default replacement:

1. In OpenIV navigate to: MODS\ COMMON.RPF\ DATA\ LEVELS\ GTA5
2. Make a backup of VEHICLES.META.
3. Next enter edit mode and right click on vehicles.meta in the OpenIV list.
4. Select EDIT.
5. Search for the entry for "FREIGHT".
6. Add the following in the FLAGS of the entry: FLAG_HAS_LIVERY
7. Unclick edit mode and exit OpenIV.

The engine will now show different paint jobs when it spawns.
