Installation (Easy):

1. Open Open IV
2. Go to Tools > Package Installer > Select polarteon.oiv > Install to mods Folder
3. That is all. Play

Note:
- If Open IV Crashes, Re-do the above steps again
- Activate ELS by Pressing J
- This method will install ELS.asi, ELS.ini, advancedhookv.dll to your GTA 5 Folder

Installation (Manual):

1. Extract the folder and copy polarteon folder to \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\(here)
2. Edit dlclist.xml (\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml) and add the following line:

dlcpacks:\polarteon\

3. Save and close.
4. Install ELS mod
5. Add polarteon.xml from my ELS folder to \ELS\pack_default\(Here)
6. Play the game. Press J to activate ELS
