Drift handling for rbsace's Annis Elegy from GTASA

Hello everyone! I am making this simple meta.file edits for myself, but maybe for someone will be useful to.

First install car: /vehicles/elegy-from-gtasa-add-on-tuning-fivem

and then just drop Handling file into your car folder where u have vehicles , carvariatons, and others things.
