Dodge Ram 1500 (1999) - Bison2 Conversion

This is a modification of the 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 by lazlow555 & Victor124268. They created Bison and Bison3 replacements, so I completed the pack by making Bison2 a replacement as well.

---- Installation ----- Detailed installation instructions are in the ReadMe file (replace Bison2). UPDATE: For working dials find bison2 in vehicles.meta, find 'VDT_CAVALCADE' and rewrite it to 'VDT_GENTAXI'. If you want to use it as an addon, simply download the original model and replace the Bison2 files in the original addon. ---- Bugs -----
