Declasse Merit: Noose Pack Add-On

This is a Declasse Merit version of the NOOSE Patrol based on the Vapid Stanier and Patriot that the NOOSE uses during 3 star and above chases in GTA IV. A throwback to the days of Liberty City, the Declasse Merit has seen little use even in GTA IV as a law enforcement vehicle, so now here it is, expanding the NOOSE vehicle set.
I highly recommend adding it to dispatch.meta

INSTALLATION
-Drag the mod folder into your dlcpacks folder and add "noosemeritpack" into your dlclist.xml using OPENIV
