D77-TC Pelican
0.2 ok made the pelican paintable over texture, via trainer paint primary, added some grill type mesh on vents, added headlights on front of vehicle and four siren night plane lights, added flight stick also made lights in cargo bay above seats turn on with head lights :0)

pelican
Install instructions
First, go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
Make a new folder, name it "pelican", and drag dlc.rpf into the folder.
Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
Edit dlclist.xml, add "dlcpacks:/pelican/"
spawn name pelican
Place pelican.cs into your script folder, if you do not have a script folder make a folder called scripts and place it in your main gtav folder and put the pelican.cs inside the script folder.
