This is a 2012 Chrysler/Dodge 300c SRT Magnum Forged Edition for GTA V. It was originally converted from Forza 4 by The87Judge, and the wheels were designed by Leonardo Lenon.

x64e.rpf>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf
2. Copy Vedshare.ytd to:
x64e.rpf>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf For Correct Chrome ect
3. Copy Handling Line to:
Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

Cars with large rims are not for everyone. Some people will love it, while others might dislike it, and that's okay. If you prefer a different wheel size, there's an excellent base model SRT8 by HItmanNiko available.
