Customizable Cutter Design

This Cutter design uses a PNG template. While the mapping isn't perfect, with some smaller parts placed in empty template areas, it should still be sufficient for creating various liveries.

Included is a livery based on the Caterpillar TBM Lovat (Underground Support System). Since the original tunneling machine is simply a large tube, unlike vehicles in the game, I've adapted its appearance to fit this vehicle as closely as possible.

Detailed installation instructions are provided in the ReadMe file (replace Cutter).
