This is a non-ELS Bravado Buffalo EVX with an LSPD livery.

Features:

• All standard game features.
• Vehicle has LODs, tuning, and breakable glass.
• Rambar as Extra-1.
• New lore-friendly lightbar.
• Police radar with console.
• Police gun rack.

Installation (SP):

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the 'mods' folder.
3. Move "polbuffev" folder to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
4. Open "dlclist.xml" (update/update.rpf/common/data).
5. Add the following line to the bottom: dlcpacks:/polbuffev/

Installation (FiveM):

1. Extract polbuffev into a resource folder.
2. Add ensure resource "polbuffev".
