Correctional Transport Unit - BPSP (Enhanced Law Enforcement System)

This is my third vehicle and it's getting better. We have a converted LST bus into a prison bus with tons of features, extras, and ELS lighting! Window bars in extra_ten and extra_11 use a trainer to spawn on or off. Message me if you want a copy with permanent bars. Not possible without @Thero for making this vehicle possible.
