Controlling Drift in the TGI_J Annis Roxanne

This is a simple guide to editing the meta.file for the Annis Roxanne in GTA V.

First, install the car from a modding website. Then, place the Handling file into your car folder, where you'll find vehicles, carvariations, and other related files.
