Compact Convict Transport Vehicle

I hope you enjoy this! It took me all day to make. The wheels are designed to partially sink into the ground. If you want to use this vehicle as a bus, I've included handling settings. (These replace the original prison bus handling with wheelie handling.) Enjoy!

BUGS:

I fixed an issue where the back right wheel was sticking out.
