Classic Ford Flathead V8 Sounds for OIV & FiveM

Version 1.01 changelog:
- Fixed flatheadv8b variant and cleaned up unnecessary files
This mod adds the classic Ford Flathead V8 sound, intended for GreenAid's 1932 Ford V-8 Coupé pack, but works perfectly for any 1930s-50s V8. An additional config is included called "flatheadv8b", which has the radio disabled if you'd rather use that. Simply replace the flatheadv8 files with the flatheadv8b ones to disable the radio.

- Custom startup and shutdown sounds
- Custom turbo sounds when upgrade is fitted - if you really must turbocharge it ;)

Instructions:
Install the OIV package with OpenIV, or apply the FiveM resource to your server, then simply use the audioNameHash entry of "flatheadv8" on any car.
