Use OpenIV to replace wheel in mods/x64i.rpf/levels/gta5/wheels_mods.rpf

FiveM: Drag Into resources folder and add "Enkei Dish01" to server.cfg

Bugs:

If wheels spawn wide, please use vstancer to get the proper fitment.
