Civilian M1114 Humvee Addon

This is a civilian version of the M1114 Up-Armored Humvee without any weapons or extra equipment. It's essentially the same Humvee uploaded about two years ago, but it includes the same updates as the latest armed M1114. These updates are:

- Improved textures with colors that more closely resemble real-life counterparts
- Detailed 3D wheels and rims (Thanks to nathanjamesddg151 for providing these from a model purchased on Turbosquid)
- Scratch-made detailing including vents on the left rear side and more detailed suspension meshes
- Moving antenna and mudflaps that react to the vehicle's momentum
- New mirror textures with detailed reflections
- Adjusted driver position with hands properly placed on the steering wheel
- New, more detailed dial textures
- Working dials
- Bullet-resistant glass
- New handling characteristics
- Bulletproof tires
