**Installation:** 1. Place "CivilianOmnis" in the following directory: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks 2. Add "dlcpacks:\CivilianOmnis\" to the dlclist.xml file located at: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data **Changelog** **2.0** - New Release This mod transforms the Rockstar Omnis2 model into a believable civilian rally vehicle, mirroring its in-game counterpart while adding enhanced realism. The original Rockstar Omnis2 model has been replaced with a customized OBEY Omnis RS, which can be modified at Benny's similar to vehicles like the Sultan and Specter. This Omnis RS version retains the same handling as the original Rockstar model and includes 91 new mod parts (spoilers, bonnets, seats, steering wheels). All removed parts from the RS conversion have been transformed into tuning options, allowing players to use the original model if desired. The mod includes both the original Omnis2 and the modified Omnis RS, effectively integrating COOCP functionality into this package. It retains all standard Rockstar vehicle features like LODs, dials, dirt mapping, burn areas, glass shards, etc., aiming for high quality and lore-friendly modifications.
